Our client is an innovative and prestigious financial services organisation which is highly regarded by their competitors. At present they have TWO fantastic Superannuation Administration opportunities working on a large Corporate scheme. You will become part of a friendly and supportive team where hard work does not go unnoticed!

 

As a Corporate Superannuation Administrator you will be responsible for the end to end administration for a large corporate client.

 

Your day to day responsibilities will include –

 

·         End to end fund administration (benefit payments, new applications, contributions, switches, redemptions and alterations)

·         Work across superannuation, pensions and attached insurance plans

·         Liaise with members, clients and consultants over the phone and in writing

·         Quarterly reconciliations

·         Manual benefit calculations

·         Annual reviews

·         Manage monthly pension payments

 

You will need –

 

·         A number of years Corporate Superannuation Administration experience

·         Excellent knowledge of Accumulation schemes and exposure to Defined Benefits would be an advantage (but not essential)

·         Strong knowledge of Excel

·         Professional, articulate and concise communication skills

·         Strong desire to succeed

·         Assist in the training of junior administrators

·         Be able to take over the day to day running of the fund in the absence of the Senior Administrator
