Our client is seeking a number of highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced client liaison professionals who are seeking a new challenge and the opportunity to work for one of the top financial services organisations in the country.

As a Client & Adviser Services Officer you will join a fun and dynamic team which is focused on working together and providing a first class service to their clients. You will handle a number of inbound calls and email enquiries from financial advisers and policy holders regarding life insurance policies. Queries will vary from the client understanding the policy they have and what they are entitled to through to a detailed conversation around the benefits of their plan. You will receive full training in life insurance (if required) but it is essential that you have outstanding client services experience and are used to working in a fast paced environment within financial services.
You will need -
· Excellent client services experience
· First class written and verbal communication skills
· Proven ability to handle a large volume of calls and work in a fast paced environment
· Team focused attitude
· Ideally have previous experience within financial services but this is not essential
