They are constantly striving to improve their services and are looking for highly motivated and professional Superannuation professionals with excellent client/adviser services experience.

 

You will be responsible for working on a specific corporate superannuation fund providing information and support to the employer and individual members.

 

 On a day to day basis you will –

 

·         Assist members with email and phone enquiries

·         Process alterations, ensuring all member details are kept up to date

·         Providing up to date superannuation product information while also dealing with legislation questions

 

Required experience –

 

·         Solid Superannuation experience (Phone & Administration)

·         RG146

·         Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills

·         Professional hard working attitude

·         Ability to think outside the square

·         Proven ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment
