Leading Australian Bank seeks a senior process analyst with a Lean Six Sigma background to work on continuous improvement projects within payments and merchant services.
This Senior Process Analyst is responsible for the overall design, implementation and management of a governance framework, effectively managing process change within the Merchant Solutions business.
You will identify and drive process improvement opportunities and embed a culture of continuous improvement across relevant stakeholder groups whilst establishing and maintaining process dashboards to measure performance.
