Expanding and multi-disciplined design / advertising agency requires a Mac Support Technician to provide desktop support for its Sydney and Melbourne offices.
Located in Sydney, you will provide direct support to their Sydney office, remote support to their Melbourne office and undertake projects such as software and hardware deployments.
You will respond to requests for technical assistance and have an exceptional understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office as well as the experience to troubleshoot a variety of Mac issues.
This position requires a 'Mac-savvy' professional and not a PC focussed technician.
