Technical Officer - Air Quality in Scientific Jobs

Our Client, a major player in the Environmental Industry, is looking for a suitably qualified candidates to assist on a variety of projects.

The successful candidate must be suitably qualified and experienced to make a valuable contribution in the laboratory and the field with minimal supervision and training. You will be responsible for a variety of field and laboratory based tasks including:

• Sampling, Set up and Calibration of Field Stations and instrumentation.
• Conducting Analytical work on a variety of environmental samples.
• Reorganising and maintaining operating equipment and storage facilities.

This role will suit someone with at least 1-2 years experience, who is reliable and hard working. The successful applicant must have the following attributes:

• A Tertiary Qualification in Science (or Equivalent)
• Experience within a commercial laboratory with an emphasis on instrumental operation.
• A current Drivers Licence (Mandatory)
• A fast and lateral thinker.
